Hi Operator,
We have been working on our end to improve secure transaction processing, to reduce fraud and meet regulatory requirements.
With this recent security update you will need to re-enter your credit card information in the Billing tab of your account before August 1st, 2021.
You can either click on the button Re-enter Credit Card at the top yellow menu bar with the notification sign. This will bring you directly to the Billing tab and then please proceed from Step 4 or follow the steps as listed below:
- If you have not already then login operator.springboardvr.com or account.springboardvr.com
- Head over to Admin
- Select Billing tab
- Scroll down till you see Your Payment Method
- Click Update Card
- Re-enter your card information
- Click Save!
