EDIT ** This is business impacting! ** I have attempted multiple calls to multiple people at Springboard and no one is answering the phone. Is anyone else having this issue? We cannot run many of our games and customers are NOT very happy.
Hi there… Really in a desperate time here. We are trying to get our machines running Springboard and while the environment loads, we are getting an error saying there is an “error loading the data”. I have submitted two tickets and haven’t heard anything. We have people wanting to play and I’m only able to give them some options by starting the games directly. We have full internet and it is working on all the machines.
Clearing the cache, restarting springboardvr and steam is not fixing the issue.
Anyone else having this issue??
