PatrickRinaudo397065 hey hunter, what exstra steps are there to get the steering wheel and pedals to work for this game? i believe i have downloaded the drivers and see the logtech screen…which shows the pedals and control options…where profiles are created and list of games show up….appreciate any help you can give me

Ok, so I like the ease of use … what about the car and track options? Do we only get the 3 cars and 3 tracks? In the config menu everything to add is greyed out. Where’s the detailed instructions? My Logitech G29 worked out of the gate, but if it didn’t … where’s all those configuration options?

Does Project CARS Pro support motion platform seats?

Yes. Project CARS Pro supports all major motion platform seats. You can also integrate a custom seat by using our Project CARS 2 third-party software public interface here.

HunterLaneSBVR Thanks for the links. My problem is the areas I want to change/customize are GRAYED out …… I launch the game and then have access to the Pro Config Panel … but I can’t CHANGE any of the options as it shows in the help videos. I want to change cars, tracks, timings, etc (like it shows in the video).

I’ve tried to change the player name, Save As a new file, end race … nothing works. If I say stop game, then it all exits.

So I thought, “Maybe I can find the config application and run it” … didn’t work. HELP HELP HELP.

HunterLaneSBVR When I click to end the game, there’s a brief second of it looks like that would work .. BUT then then whole program exits. When I start again, I’m back in the same loop.

HunterLaneSBVR THANKS for your help! Your suggestion to Disable the Launcher on the Station is what worked! … and that’s the better way to go anyway … It’s my first VR Car, so I’ll start playing around with the theme park mode, I think that’s the best way to have this station setup. THANKS AGAIN!

Which racing setup do you use? If you’re unable to get your specific setup working, you might need to reach out to Project CARS team for further assistance.

HunterLaneSBVR g29 logitech pedal and steering wheel. Like i said, it works for touring karts and project cars 3. just not for the pro.

Hey Patrick, I highly suggest reaching out to the Project CARS Pro team to see what might be causing the issue or if there are any extra steps you might need to take to configure your particular hardware to work with Project CARS Pro.

From my understanding, if the other Project CARS games support it, Pro definitely should as well. (And the generally seem to be rather “plug and play.” The wheel/pedal are generally just mapped to certain buttons)

Question, does Project CARS Pro work at all? Like can you use a mouse and keyboard/gamepad to play it or does that not even work?

HunterLaneSBVR yes, it did, when i had it on.. i can see myself sitting in the car which is pretty cool, but can’t hit the gas or move the wheel inside the game..so sounds like their is something i am not doing with logitech software side…project cars pro does not have a profile. i did reach out to them, but no reply back yet.

PatrickRinaudo397065 I’ve got the same setup and didn’t do anything special. No extra software, just the Logitech gamehub installed. Have you tired moving USB ports ?
