Hey there! Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the title to ensure it’s not just a broken install? Or are you seeing this on multiple stations?

Hi HunterLaneSBVR - I reported this a couple of weeks ago. Its still not working. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling this on a few stations but no luck - still doesn’t load (only audio)

Hey there, I’ve reached out to the content creator to see if they may have an idea as to what’s happening and how to fix it.

It appears to me that the game launches, closes and then re-launches for some reason. I’m pretty sure our launcher is blocking the second launch but hopefully, the content creator can push a fix through asap!

VR-ARRIVAL Reached out to their team multiple times now but unfortunately have not heard any news about a fix. We’ll keep reaching out though!

@HunterLaneSBVR it seems like communicating with developers is a constant issue. If you look back through this community page I would say a huge chunk of posts are “I have a question/problem with this game” and your response is “let me reach out to the devs” and weeks or even months later we still don’t have an answer and all you can do is keep reaching out to them. If these devs want us to keep paying them premium commercial licensing I think they have a responsibility to have an open line of communication and respond in a timely manner to questions and especially technical issues. Maybe stop sending them their royalty payments until they respond. You’d be surprised how quickly someone will make you a priority when you owe them money.

So sad, it is a really nice game, but it didn’t work for us either.
