SpringboardVR COVID-19 Update
As the situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to unfold, we want to share what SpringboardVR is doing to support the LBE community. We know there are many unanswered questions, and we encourage you to reach out to us directly at support@springboardvr.com to let us know how this is affecting you.
For partners who are not impacted or plan to stay open, SpringboardVR will maintain operations as usual. Our technical support agents will still be available, servers will remain online, our development team will be implementing new features and bug fixes, and we’ll still be bringing you new content.
We also understand that some of our partner’s businesses have been directly impacted by this pandemic. We are here to help, whether you have voluntarily decided to postpone operations, have been ordered to close by government mandate, or are waiting to see how things unfold.
For any SpringboardVR partner that will temporarily suspend operations due to COVID-19, or already has, we want to work directly with you to waive headset subscription fees based on your unique situation. Please send an email to support@springboardvr.com to begin this process.
If your company is based in the United States, please visit the link to look into emergency loans from the US Small Business Association. Germany and Australia have offered similar programs as well. If you know of any financial support resources in other countries, please let us know so that we can share them with the community.

We know that during times like these any cost savings can help, and we will continue to monitor the situation and look for ways to help the Operator community.
In order to better understand how the COVID-19 situation is affecting our partners, we ask you to take this very short survey below. This survey is critical to our understanding of the situation on the ground so that we can best support the community:

Again, SpringboardVR is monitoring this situation daily and will continue providing service for our partners that remain open. Please keep us updated by taking the attached survey, posting on our community board, or by sending us an email at support@springboardvr.com to let us know what we can do to help.
