Yeah, I was having a tough time explaining to my customers, “Just come in anytime on those dates and we’ll submit your score”.
We decided to just make it a local tournament and I’ll upload scores on that day. I only have 6 stations, so we’re going to dedicate the 22nd from 4-7pm for a 16 person double elimination tournament. $20 at the door, local prizes, trophies, food, drinks and bragging rights :-) The winners bracket will play the first song in the contest and the consolation bracket plays the second song. Same rules as the global tournament so we can submit scores for both.

We’ve got a pretty good competitive player base from our high score board so this should drive some good attendance and “trash talk”. I’ll attach the bracket sheet I’m using for the eliminations. I think this is better than “just play by yourself”. Everyone wants to play together for sure.
Speaking of, anyone want to do some Arcade VS Arcade matches? Maybe Skyfront or something? Even Rec:Room paintball?
