I’m sure it’s frustrating to lose a client over an inappropriate ad, but there no need for insults. Calm down and send a support ticket to springboard, and turn off the ads in the meantime

This is quite disturbing/inappropriate if true. According to the FAQ a while back: "No gambling
or kid-unfriendly advertisements will be displayed within the environment ever". I hope Springboard can still stand behind this statement.

We understand your frustration. I am so sorry this happened. It is completely unacceptable and goes against our company values. We notified our Ad partner immediately when this was reported and disabled all ads temporarily until we were reassured these types of ads will no longer populate. Our agreement with the company specifically states advertising will not promote or contain links to gambling and online casinos alcohol, etc. I assure you we are taking this matter very seriously.
