Question on SteamVR

If I’m looking at a game and it doesn’t have an “enterprise license” amount that is different from the regular consumer amount. Does this mean that:

The developers aren’t allowing any enterprise licensing of the game through SteamVR?
That there is no need for enterprise licensing and a person can buy a standard copy and use it in an arcade?

Just curious.

Also a secondary question. Does anyone care to share a list of developers you might have been able to contact for local pricing? This continues to be the #1 issue for us is the amount we spend monthly on ‘currency conversion’ rates and fees. 🙁

If you mean games on Steam that don’t have a commercial license option, then yes either the developers aren’t allowing it, or occasionally they don’t know that they can sign up for a commercial license option via Steam. Either way it’s good to attempt to contact them directly to make sure.

All regular purchases from Steam require agreeing to the Steam Subscriber Agreement which states it is not for commercial purposes.

Some developers also don’t select the different currency options which means it doesn’t come up as an option for a commercial license in some countries - again best to contact them directly as often they just don’t know this is required…
