Hey everyone! SteamVR 1.9 is out and comes with a breaking change on Valve’s end. This means our overlay functionality is broken.
We have a workaround and are releasing it as we speak. Your stations will update while idle (as always).
If you encounter any issues before your stations updated SpringboardVR, but after already updating SteamVR you can follow these steps to ensure you’re running the latest version of SpringboardVR right away:
- Stop SpringboardVR via its tray icon and choosing “Quit”.
- Download and run the latest installer. Your existing settings and one-click content will stay as-is. The operator panel’s download link is always giving you the latest build: https://support.springboardvr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003063053
Under no circumstances attempt to uninstall - it will delete all your one-click content as well as any settings.
