Vive Wireless adapter with launcher problems

I just added 3 vives with the wireless adapter and I’m having issues with my launcher. It’s hit or miss on startup if they show the menu of games etc in the launcher. Sometimes I don’t see anything but the background of the launcher or I just see time and call for help button. Is there a specific order things must startup in or am I missing something like this won’t work with my setup? Any help would be great as I’m new to this.

We’re not aware of any specific issues with our launcher and the order shouldn’t matter so there is likely something else happening specifically to yourself that we will need to investigate to get this going for you ASAP 🙂

Welcome to the world of wireless, we have had this issue for almost a year, if you do not see the games you have to turn off Steam VR then restart. Some times the game board will come up white and you must do the same thing. We also found wireless we cannot update our base stations I love no wires… but ya extra work

Hi I’m new to this but I can offer some insight, I have been testing my systems with vive pro’s and the wireless system, I am using custom built PC’s with Intel 9700k’s and Rx 5700xt, I can say I haven’t had any issues and I was able to update my base stations by plugging in the Bluetooth adapter for the base stations.

Also if you are running a ryzen cpu with the wireless adapters I heard it is quite finiky.
